  1. Short:    Update for SViewII PPC modules V23.1

  6.  This is an update to SuperView-Library's PPC modules.
  7.  
  8.  It's for registered PPC users only (all people, that
  9.  already have a legal version of the PPC modules
  10.  installed) and it will only work for upgrading from
  11.  V19.1 or from any .svm style release (e.g. 21.1).
  12.  
  13.  Future upgrades may require this version as base for
  14.  upgrading (and so on) so it may make sense to keep
  15.  personal copies of all these upgrade archives plus
  16.  the original PPC module distribution.
  17.  
  18.  Changes since V23.1:
  19.  
  20.    - added the first 3 WOS modules (.dll extension)
  21.    - you need SuperView-Library V23+ to make use
  22.      of the WOS modules (naturally)

  26.    - same changes as for 68k modules

  30.    - ok, enough: the same bug was in PBM_CBR_Decode;
  31.      the two modules now are compiled using GCC
  32.      and the SAS/C environment. Works fine, bugs
  33.      are gone.
  34.    - added PPC modules for Blur and Sharpen

  36.  Changes since V21.9:

  38.    - there seems to be a strange compiler/optimizer
  39.      bug in SAS/C which screws up ILBM_CBR_Decode
  40.      nearly everytime it's being compiled; fixed
  41.      by keeping the old object file and only updating
  42.      the startup code this time; means that this
  43.      fixed module now has an older $VER string than
  44.      the buggy one (-> ignore that)
  45.  
  46.  Changes since V21.6:

  48.    - fixed startup code of all modules
  49.    - recompiled all modules with newest SAS/C
  50.    - did some optimizations to certain modules
  51.      (PNG, JFIF, TIFF)

  57.  2. Go to a CLI/shell, enter the archive directory

  62.  4. Unarchive PPC-Update.lha
  63.  5. Use the supplied installer script
